这是 Nooteboom 的历史拖车 ADU，大约出现在1953年。在此之前，要装载的时候，必须移除后轮，这是非常费事的。于是 Anton Nooteboom 开发了这种独特的展开式后轴，这一设计出现在ODU低板，以及ADU挂板上。这一设计非常流行，直到八十年代后期。ADU的意思是 Aanhanger Dieplader Uitschuifbaar，或者说是可扩展的拖挂低板。这款 ADU-32-VV 允许后轴载荷16吨，前轴15-17吨，因此总承重约32吨。自重大约10吨，不过车主常常超载到30吨。
