Caterpillar Twenty 于1927年发布，也是刚刚组建的卡特彼勒公司的第一款产品。当时还是这样的灰色红条版本，因为直到1931年，才开始采用“卡特彼勒黄”。设备有一个四缸发动机，能够产生20马力。模型由卡特彼勒古董设备俱乐部[Antique Caterpillar Machinery Owners Club (ACMOC)]共同开发。
